Happy New Year! I wish each of you health and prosperity now and always...
In this week's blog, I thought I'd answer a question you may be asking. Why do I think I am qualified to write a blog about "Real Life and Real Estate"? Well, it's a good question and I think I have a good answer 😀
My resume' is diverse to say the least. Check out my LINKEDIN profile for complete details 😉 Meanwhile, here's the watered-down version...My experience includes everything from Managing Manicurist, Chiropractic Assistant , X-Ray Tech to Office Administrator to Marketing Manager to Director of Human Resources for a multi-million dollar company.
My kids and I are heavily involved in the community, so that keeps me BUSY! Therefore, a traditional 9-5 hasn't really been an option for a while now. As ALWAYS, the good Lord blessed me with the opportunity to work and still have the flexibility to be available for my kids. Since 2015, I have worked as the Insurance Coordinator/Patient Accounts Manager for a local Physical Therapy office.
Although I continue to work in that field, in 2017, I made the decision to pursue a career in real estate. I obtained my Alabama Real Estate License in January 2018. After working temporarily with a few brokerages that were just, let's say, "not the right fit" for me, I was led to Bellator Real Estate & Development. I can honestly say that you KNOW the difference as soon as you walk through the door! I was able to finish out 2018 with a little over a 1/2 million dollars in closed transactions, and I have to say I was VERY proud of myself considering the mountains I climbed to get there 🎉 I'm so very thankful for the lessons and blessings! Moving forward into 2019, and beyond, I see great things ahead.

“I’m not
afraid to take a step and if I fall, I fall. I pick myself up and move
on. If we can all learn one thing in life, it’s don’t be afraid to take
on something that you believe you’re capable of achieving.” — Michael Jordan
Obstacles don't have to
stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure
out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
