Investing In Real Estate - Finding An Income Property

When considering an investment in an income producing property, please keep in mind that investing in a property is much different than living in one. While emotion and attachment can be motivators when it comes to your personal home, return on investment is critical when investing.

My goal will be to help you find a property that is in demand. We will look for moderately priced properties with desirable attributes. Whether it's a beach condo or a home with three or four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garage that sits on a quiet street, we will work together to find what you are looking for!

As your RealtorⓇ, I will research the property thoroughly and look beyond the front door. I recommend investigating the rental history (if applicable), school district, crime rate and development plans for the surrounding area. Inspect the home for water damage, electrical and/or wiring problems. Any unexpected repair costs will diminish your profit. I also recommend driving the streets of the neighborhood at different times during the day.

Income properties can be a rewarding investment, but choosing the right RealtorⓇ and doing your homework upfront can make the difference between a good experience and a bad experience.

Give me a call today and we can start looking for your income property.
